Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery: 4–7 business days across major cities and towns.
- Remote or rural pin codes may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹30 to ₹60 applies to orders below ₹499.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India.
- A nominal COD handling fee of ₹30 to ₹60 may be applicable at checkout.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and make payment at the time of delivery.
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being restricted for future orders from the same address.
